Description:
Dataset contains computer generated fit notes (eMed3) and fit note episodes at Sub Integrated Care Board Location level. Includes details of diagnosis (ICD10 chapter), duration, advice given, number of episodes and incidence of duplicates. Data are aggregated by month and published quarterly. Data can be downloaded in .csv and Excel formats.
