Complaints about NHS Hospital and Community Health Services (secondary care) and complaints about primary care (GP and dental) services. From 2015-16 to 2021-22 these data were collected and published for quarterly reporting periods. From 2022-23 these data are collected and published on an annual basis. Data can be downloaded in .csv and Excel formats.
